No Real Estate agent has assisted with more home sales in Westport than myself.
(I am fairly certain of this) I have assisted with 43 home sale transactions within this 12 block waterfront community.
BACKGROUND:
Because I have been a full time Realtor as well as a real estate Investor/Builder/Property Manager, for nearly a decade, I have hands on experience, knowledge & skills that the most real estate agent do not.
I started my efforts as a builder and investor in Charles Village in 1999. From there I completed homes in: Butcher’s Hill, Locust Point, Patterson Park, Hampden, the Washington Village area, and now Westport.
I have been working both as a investor and a Realtor in the Westport area for a couple of years now and feel strongly that this waterfront community presents a rare opportunity for the astute homeowner, business man, or investor
Below are homes that I have renovated in the Westport community. These homes have many "green" qualities. The stair systems and the counter tops are all made from recycled or salvage wood.
these homes are unique. Click on a pic for a larger image.

MY EDUCATION/HOBBIES:
Music has been a passion for me since I can remember. I’ve studied music since 5th grade. After my move to Baltimore in 1984, I began studying classical performance at Peabody. I majored in Percussion at Elon College where I traveled to Russia and surrounding provinces to perform jazz music, then WVU where I played non-stop with one group after another. After graduating in 1994 I traveled and performed on the road full time with a band called Once Hush until 2000.
The artsy side of me these days comes through in my restoration and renovation of century old homes, striving to retain its original glory but also adding a contemporary flare.
Here are some examples of my work below.
